Toddlers
Toddlers are bursting to communicate, to move freely and to express their independence showing us their abilities and individuality. Each day the children will further develop their fine motor skills through colouring, painting, gluing, and eating. They will begin to control their stability in their gross motor development through outdoor play. The students are also introduced to basic concepts of numbers, shapes and colours. Toilet training will be encouraged when the child starts showing signs that they are ready for toilet training, staff and parents/guardian together will develop a plan of action for the child. The children will have a nap for up to two hours daily. If your toddler is not toilet trained you must provide diapers and wipes.
